1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Business Behind Stocks website ("Platform"), enrolling in any course, or participating in the scholarship programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

2. Educational Purpose Disclaimer

All courses, blog posts, news commentary, videos, and other content provided by Business Behind Stocks are strictly for educational and informational purposes. We teach how to read financial statements, understand business models, and analyse stocks — we do not provide personalised financial advice.

• We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser.
• No content on this Platform should be construed as a buy/sell recommendation for any stock.
• Past performance of any stock or market discussed is not indicative of future results.
• Always consult a qualified financial adviser before making investment decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use our Platform. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

4. Course Enrolment and Access

• Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the enrolled course(s) on the Platform.
• Course access is granted to the individual purchaser and is non-transferable.
• You may not share your login credentials, distribute course content, or allow others to access your account.
• We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve course content at any time to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Course access duration (lifetime vs. time-limited) will be specified at the time of purchase.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your payment credentials.
• Refunds: Refund requests made within 7 days of purchase will be considered, provided less than 20% of the course content has been consumed. Refunds are at our discretion and will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• No refunds will be issued after 7 days of purchase or once a course certificate has been issued.
• Scholarship seats are non-refundable.

6. Scholarship Programme

• The scholarship programme is open to currently enrolled college students in India, subject to eligibility criteria published on the scholarship page.
• Scholarship decisions are final and at the sole discretion of Business Behind Stocks.
• Providing false information in a scholarship application will result in immediate disqualification and may lead to account termination.
• Scholarship benefits (discounts or free access) are non-transferable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform — including course videos, written material, graphics, illustrations, brand assets, and code — is the exclusive intellectual property of Business Behind Stocks.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.
• Sharing, reselling, or uploading course materials to any third-party platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
• Personal, non-commercial use of publicly available blog articles is permitted with proper attribution.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying systems.
• Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, or harmful.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract content from the Platform.
• Impersonate Business Behind Stocks or any of its team members.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Business Behind Stocks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from investment decisions made based on educational content consumed on this Platform.

Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific course or service in question.

10. Third-Party Links

Our Platform may contain links to external websites (e.g., TradingView, news sources). These links are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party website.

11. Modifications to the Platform

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that affect paid users.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes amicably.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
